Welcome to West Side Holiday Creative Market! Please use this form to indicate the dates you would like to vend at. DAC provides 6 foot tables or you can bring your own. Each Vendor is allowed to use one of our tables. We will also have chairs available, or you can bring your own. The Vendor Fee Per Show/Per Booth is $65. You can pay the fee upon arrival at the event using Venmo, Check, or Cash. The Holiday Market will run from 11am-3pm with set up starting at 9:30am. We will be assigning staggered arrival times to make unloading as efficient as possible. Please be right on time, and pull up to the entrance of the lot. Staff will be available to help direct you. You will have 15 min to unload, then you can move your vehicle and return to the lot for set up. This event will be cancelled for any inclement weather (rain/wind) as well is if the Weather is under 45 degrees. We will give 24 hour notice for Weather cancellation. December is typically quite mild so we do not anticipate cancelling! We will do our best to accommodate requests for additional dates. Cancellation Policy

 
Due to the increased volume of Events and Artists, we require at least 7 days notice for any date cancellations. All Vendor Lists will be published in the Hub by November 1st. Our Staff and the Artists on the waitlist require reasonable notice to accommodate cancelled dates. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice of a date you have been offered, we will request a $65 cancellation fee via Venmo or Check by mail. Refusal to pay the fee will result in the Artist being excluded from the rest of our 2022-2023 events.

We understand that the weather will be a little unpredictable and this is the first time we have done a Holiday Creative Market but we are very excited to offer the following dates. Christmas Eve historically has been a really busy last minute shopping day for us so we think there would be an awesome turnout for that! If we don’t have enough interest, we won’t do that day so we will let you know by the November if we plan to do it or not.

Would you like to request electrical access? Only a few units will have electrical access, if you NEED it for your display, please request it here. Please do not plan to bring a electric space heater!! If you wish to bring a propane camping heater that is no problem. We wont allow space heaters to be plugged in!
