Vendor Unload Parking
  • Friday morning is our heaviest traffic for unloading so please arrive in your time slot. If you arrive earlier than 6:30 you will be asked to wait in your car.

 

  • We will not be able to confirm if you are in the tent or in Lion's Club prior to arrival. The dimensions of each vendor space will be equal regardless and will not affect your display or set up.

 

  • Please turn onto McKinnley St. and head to the Lion's Club parking lot for unloading. If you go down Dagswothy, the road is blocked between North Beach and the Lion's Club parking lot so you can't enter the lot from that street (see Map).

 

  • When you arrive- please park at a parking spot, then check in with Gina. She will tell you where your assigned vendor space is to make unloading as efficient as possible.
  • After unloading, you will move your car to the designated area to allow for the next group to unload. Staff will be on site to help you navigate.

 

  • If you feel your setup will take you longer than 20 minutes to unload, please plan to arrive with the last unloading group so you can take your time. Notify us if you plan to do that.

 

  • We will send out another email the week of Sip and Shop to address any weather concerns or last minute changes

 

  • If you're extra sensitive to the cold please let us know now so we can make accommodations.
