Vegan pastries, cookies and cakes offering many gluten free options

Our products use the highest quality ingredients. I am aboitn90% all organic and I use as much local produce as I can. (I have frozen so much summer produce for fall and winter)
Everything I make, I bake myself fresh each week.
I make pastries from scones, muffins and donuts, to Brownies, blondies and fruit crumb bars. Cakes and cupcakes, to Shortbread, and your classic cookies. Half of the items I bake are gluten free for my Gluten sensitive guests.

Kahiau’s means “to give generous from the heart” in Hawaiian. I started Kahiau’s in 2006 while in Hawai’i. I then moved to Virginia Beach and opened a restaurant and Bakery for 20 years until I moved to Milton to help care for my dad.
Kahiau’s is now a Delaware Bakery. But why are we special? We are all Vegan with so many gluten free options, which mean we are allergen friendly. I handmade everything from our doughs, tonour fillings. I male all kind of pastries, Cakes and cookies. I am Italian whintrained under French Master Pastry Chefs and I add a little of that Hawaiian Flair.
I want to supply pastries for everyone to eat. I never want anyone to feel left out especially kids.
